Dear Panel Members,

Is Jefsey going to be allowed to arbitrarily create working groups on his own
initiative?  As I've already stated, WG-DNS was not in the original WG plans and it
seems to me to be a rather unecessary extra layer of 'bureaucracy'.  Please advise.
