James and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  Some but not all, of the Delaware state code can be found
here: http://www.state.de.us/corp/  So I hope that you James
did not use this as you only source of reference for you comments
earlier on Delaware state code for Incorporation.  If so, you
missed quite a bit...

  After reading you earlier post James I had my Atty. contact the
Delaware bar association president which is a personal friend
of my Atty. as well as the State Atty. General, also a personal
friend of my Atty.  I will get back to all of you and especially
YOU James as to you post which I also faxed to him while
chatting with him on the phone.

  My attys. immediate comment to you post which he read with
some interest and humor was:  "Jeff, I see that you picked up
pretty well on Mr. Tyre's apparent style, (Gently laughing under
his breath).  I think that Mr. Tyre is greatly overstating his
contention in his last couple of  comments".
