  I have done this three times Hugh.  Hence, I would think that
doing it again would not adequately address the situation
any more than it did when over the past three weeks, I had
done as you suggest three previous times.

  Everyone here as far as I still know, still has access to the
archives for themselves.  They/you can do a look up or Vittorio's
original post on what the language of the Mandate is that we voted
the current panel members to accomplish.

  This also is in the archives as well.  It should be on the
Web page as well.

  I agree.  Every member should do recaps as they feel they
need to themselves.  I strongly recommend that each and every
member do so on an as needed basis.  However as I am not
the secretary for this organization, I don't think it would
be beneficial for me to do such a recap for the members.

  Yes I know that 4 or 5 members have expressed such
confusion.  Hence again it would benefit them to do an
in depth review of the archives of this forum for themselves.
