...a timetable is a good thing
Reading the last few days traffic, seeing we have more than a couple of
things to do, seeing how we continue to discuss the ways we might start
some of them, my toughts turned to a timeline.
Perhaps our Panel would like to make a short list, prioritize the items,
and assign tentative due-dates.
Task Management 101 would suggest that is a good idea.
While I have never been involved with a project that didn't have many
changes to its tasks' due-dates, I have never been involved with a
successful project didn't assign a date to things...
Just a thought...
