Good morning, David:

    Thank you for your work in presenting a draft constitution for Panel and
membership consideration.  It is clearly suitable in many ways for an
electronic organization like ours and I am assuming that it is legally
acceptable in NZ and with possible changes in many other jurisdictions.

    It will be helpful to the membership if the Panel will post any other
documents of this type that they may have received or created, in order that
the membership may compare and comment upon them.  This should happen soon,
so that we may move forward with the incorporation of our organization.

    Some of our membership will be traveling for the next two weeks, due to
the Shanghai conference, and will not have full-time access to the many
comments and responses that should accompany the posting of such draft
documents.  I would hope, therefore that the posting of available drafts be
completed by the end of November and that a comment and discussion period be
available during the first three weeks in November.

    Based upon the above time-line, we should be in a position to have the
panel post a constitution for membership ratification by the end of
November.
