Ron David and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  A "Constitution" is a document the embodies the beliefs and precepts
of a Nation usually.  Hence as to the ICANNATLARGE.ORG is has
only some value.  This of course is not to belittle Davids effort in
any way, but such a document does not in any meaningful way
aid in the incorporation of this organization.  I would therefore
suggest that instead we rename this document a "Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU)" for our organization and it's principals
as to responsibilities to the members of it.
