[atlarge-discuss] tranparency suggestion for web page

This is a suggestion for greater transparency relating to the web page.

1.  We have an "about" page that provides the names and short bios of panel 
members, including their country of residence.

2.  We have a page that lists panel motions and votes.  So one can see how 
panel members vote (or don't vote) on motions.

This seems like basic accountability.
