  Joop, your right here.  I think Chris is thinking in some other terms of
context that do not apply to this organization or other organizations
of it's type.

  Yes this is one and ONLY one place where an organization derives
it's strength.  An organization such as this one is supposed to be or
become, also derives it's greatest strength from the continuity of it's

  Wrong!  Weaker members or the sheep also are members despite
their shyness, weakness or other inadequacies of various sorts.  The
cannot be ignored if this organization is to be strong and vibrant.

  We don't need this at all.  Rather Chris has a good point in that we
do need safe, fair, honest, and most of all independent, methods
of determining members status or future members status as
viable entities or individuals.
