I agree with that.


Any organization is a strong as it's weakest link.
No, fortunately that is not so. An organization is not a (serial) chain. An organization derives strength from its strongest members. If strong and credible members dominate the total picture, the weaker elements can be ignored.
At most we need a procedure to challenge identities that are doubles or multiples of single individuals.
