Danny, I think it's pretty clear that it's VeriSign that is the active member in that Constituency, not Roger Cochetti. VeriSign could swap out Cochetti for another whenever it liked. At Large, on the other hand, should be for individuals and consist solely of individuals. In this case, Roger could participate or not according to his own wishes.
