  But we already do have and organization to join.  The problems we have
are ones of house keeping mainly.  In fact we now have over 1000 members.
So I am a bit confused as to what your meaning is at this juncture.

  Sure, we should have started this organization differently long ago now.
But that is now water over the dam, so to speak.

  He is the panel acting chair, not the chair of this organization, Judyth.
Please try to remember that important fact...

  Clog up the main list?  Can you expand on that a bit Judyth?  I again
am not sure what or how you mean that.  In other words, if we are to have
WG lists, than sure we need to do that with ML software as set up those
lists, thereby relieving list traffic to a degree from the discuss list.  Is that
about what you had in mind?

  Agreed strongly here!  However we need to define what, is considered
to be "Worth Reporting" before we do this...
