Jefsey and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  I signed on for WG-Web over a month ago now.  There were at
least 4 other that I know of that did (See archives of this list) they are
as follows:  Sotiris, Bruce, myself, Joanna, and Ron I believe.  Eric
D. hay also have originally singed up as well.

  SO I guess I have to ask why are you again calling for WG-WEB members
and at the same time claiming that only Panel members are signed up?
2nd, Where is this so called sign up located or is it just done again here
on the discuss list?  3rd, I am also singed up for WG-DNS as well.
