[atlarge-discuss] Outreach chair

I am in complete support of Sotiris as outreach chair.
I second his nomination and give him full support.
Our company Hi-Tek would work in conjunction with him, on education is
marketing and marketing is education models.
I hope that all that would support a reasonable and proper outreach
program would realize the great contributions he will make.
