[atlarge-discuss] Jefsey's posts on elections...Where is Panel and membership approval?

All stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  Of late, Jefsey has been posting "Stuff" on some sort of elections.
Presently, no elections have been approved yet by the panel for
this organization.  Elections of WG-Web and WG-Outreach
do not need Panel approval.  However Elections for the whole
organization do need panel approval as well as an election
process that is outlined.  So far there is not such outline
that has been posted either on the discuss list, other than
what Jefsey has posted which there is no panel approval
in the Panel list archives.  Three times I have ask, as have
two other members, for that Archive URL approval post.
Jefsey has yet to be forthcoming with it.

  One of the parts of the Panel mandate is to handle elections
and determine a proposal for the members to approve, is a
voting system.  This to date has not been accomplished.
