[atlarge-discuss] Elections - Wg-Web and Wg-Outreach - Chairs election candidates

All stakeholders or other interested parties,

  Jefsey through some unknown and undocumented or panel
determined process has called for elections.  These elections
that Jefsey has called for are of unknown origin with respect to
his postings to the discuss list.  He has been requested, but yet
to comply with query's as to the origin of his call for and
election of an unknown Chair position on the Discuss list.

  Other elections for chairs of the Wg-Outreach and Wg-Web
have been agreed upon loosely by the members of those
respective Working groups.

  Has there been a time frame set for these elections?
If so, what is that time frame?  Do any of the WG participants
know.  If not I would like to put forward a time frame.
It is as follows:

Wg-Outreach - Nominations completed (See archives)
Ballots are yet to be formulated for the WG elections.
The following E-mail Ballot is suggested:

"My vote for Wg-outreach or Wg-web is <name of nominated candidate goes
here>"
This is is to be submitted to the respective Atlarge-discuss list.
