  I for one agree with you here.  I would therefore suggest that you
or any other member take this up with Michael off-list.  As he
has publicly on a number of occasions accused, slurred and
otherwise slandered my name and the organizations in which I am
spokesman for, I have a public duty and responsibility to
respond.  I did so, and will continue to do so if he or any
person intends or pursues to continue such nonsense.

  I agree with you here as well.  Again take that up with Michael
off-list as he is the perpetrator, not I...

  I do not respond to Michael off list as it is a pointless and useless
endeavor.  As he is the initiator of doing so on this forum, I am
as I said above and have said many times duty and legally bound to
respond where and when I believe it is appropriate.  I shall do so
as long as is necessary.  His discontinuing such nonsense towards
myself, the organization that I am spokesman for will go a very
long way in aiding in your desire as mine.

  I am greatly in favor of relative and informative contributions.
I do not provide any other kind unless it is in response to Michaels
or a few other disruptive members diatribes, slurs, false aspersions,
or other such nonsense.  Than and only than do I, and am I duty
and legally bound to respond.

  Again if you have a problem with this, take it up with Micahel in this
instance, off list if you so desire...

  Lastly, I did not see any need for anyone to respond to this thread
which I started/initiated as it was for informative purposes only, obviously...
