Jim and all,

  Interesting that during this ongoing and sometimes stalled ICANN
Reform effort initiated by Stuart Lynn that childish ideas such
as a "ccNSO assistance group" would be seriously considered
by the ccTLD community, which it is not...  I fail yet to see that
in this reform effort to which the ICANN staff as seemingly trying
to get to moving forward will ever be successful as long as they keep
Stakeholders/users out of the process directly...
