Eric and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  I must admit the new Panel chair election tends to make it seem
that way doesn't it?  But I doubt that is the case.  However as
Vittorio is heavily involved with the ALOC/ALAC fiasco, I hope
that his replacing Joanna Lane as Panel chair doesn't go to
his head in that he will wish to try to "Steer" the members
in that direction.  Rather I hope Vittorio is wise enough to understand
that good leadership is knowing the in a membership organization
made up of individual members is one of as chair, that he will be
lead by the members...

  However I do have some doubts with Vitorrio and especially
the ISOC given that just not too long ago the ISOC did away with
individual members that can vote.  Hence I hope that Vittorio
will not develop a Conflict of interest with that thinking in this
fledgling organization as he has shown a propensity to do in the
past...
