I also support the proposal to restrict the mail-list.

There have been many personal attacked and errant
poster bots which are totally uneccessary. There should
be posting limits, and at the very least "errant poster
bots" SHOULD BE BANNED!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
