[atlarge-discuss] Domain registration problem

Here is the scenario:

One of my web hosting clients depends on his web-site for
his livelihood.  The person who had registered and
administered the domain name on behalf of my client has
allowed the domain to lapse into expiration without
notifying my client that the domain in question was about
to expire.  Sure enough, the domain has been suspended and
my client cannot get hold of the person who registered and
administered the domain.  The domain was registered
through TUCOWS.com.  I'm wondering if TUCOWS (or any other
registrar, for that matter) has any policies in place for
just such eventualities?
