No, but you *can* have a global organization with numerous regional
affiliates, each feeding their unique perspectives to the global group.
That is what many of us here are trying to accomplish.

About the time we have so many thousands of users that we can't be ignored!

True.  That is why many of us hope this organization will eventually evolve
into a body to advocate for uses regarding *all* Internet issues, not just
domain names.
