In the Poll regarding creation of a party, what is meant by
"non-offensive jurisdiction"?
The jurisdiction of a country that does not project any power and does not
offend *anybody*.
Monaco, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Tonga, Western Samoa, Nauru, the Bahama's ,
Netherlands Antilles, Cayman Islands, Panama, etc.
