Richard and all,

  YES.   We must have new elections ASAP.  We also must have a
secure and trustworthy election system by which such elections
can be held so as to insure that the results are not tainted or
otherwise tampered with.  This would NOT include Joops
Voting/Polling Booth or the former DNSO GA's Voting
Process...
