I certainly feel comfortable with the mandate as outlined by Richard as it
fits well with how I've voted on issues in the polling booth

As far as I'm concerned, the mandate of the Panel should be:

11 Panelists. To carry out the policies as defined and determined by the
membership through regular polls; to encourage Working Groups as defined and
determined by the membership through regular polls; to interact with other
organisations, as defined and instructed by the members through regular
polls; to resign individually or collectively, when instructed to do so by
the membership, who may use the polls for this purpose; to hold position for
one year, unless this period is shortened by the membership.
