Joe, Joop, Jefsey and all,

  I addressing this response primarily to Joop, Joe, and Jefsey.

  Joe, members are or get confused because some wish to do that
confusing for their own personal desires instead of thinking of the
membership as a whole first.  Joop seems to be to be offering
to provide for and election using his "Polling Booth", yet he
himself knows that his "Polling Booth" has too many opportunities
to be tampered with and cannot legitimately be run by himself
given the history of it's use in the IDNO.  Yet he refuses or has
yet to offer to turn all of the "Polling Booth" software to a third
party that is a disinterested one so that some relevance of a
legitimate election can be held.  Jefsey, doesn't want a coup,
and feels as if replacing the current hamstrung "Panel" would
be such a coup, which is untrue or at the very least inaccurate
in fact.
