  Thank you very much for you very high praise.  I am sure I don't
deserve it.  But thank you very much anyway for it, Joe!  >;)

  I believe that either you or Richard Sexton would be valuable
uninterested third parties to utilize Joops "Polling Booth" software
for the election that is obviously needed and overwhelmingly
being called for.

  So let us see if Joop shall take up the gauntlet, and accept the
challenge and turn over the "Polling Booth" in it's entirety
to either yourself of Richard Sexton, if you or Richard would
be willing to accept of course.    If not I am sure I can find
someone that would suffice...
