Dave and all,

  Thank you for the relevant language.  However I almost fell
out of my chair laughing when I read that Tonga is actually being
considered as a potential jurisdiction in which this fledgling
organization should incorporate in.  I have a good friend there
that is a lawyer that could handle the job though for a very
reasonable price.   But I do not and would never recommend
incorporating in Tonga!  ROFLMAO!  >;)

  Maybe we should consider Cuba or Haiti?!  ROFLMAO-A! >;)
