These were interim rules voted on by the panel, which BTW describe all the
rules we have right now! Why do you think I've been pushing so hard for
bylaws?!
I understand the necessity for interim rules, but like many others I am
uncomfortable with them because, until we have bylaws approved by the
membership, they are subject to challenge. And the longer we delay
implementing bylaws, the less "interim" these rules are! Not good!
