This sounds reasonable. It's a good concensus of the thinking we've been
reading here recently.
Members should speak up if they have serious issues with these parameters.

Please don't quit Joop (I don't expect you to, but the plea is heart-felt
anyway)! Also, I challenge Vittorio to crank up his e-mail voting system,
or arrainge with what's left of the DNSO to reuse theirs as we did before,
to give those limited to e-mail a chance to participate.

I'll gladly volunteer for this duty. The more the better though at this
juncture, and not just panel members. We want no future accusations of
capture!

Please do so. BTW, as a blanket policy, I stand ready and willing to serve
in whatever capacity the membership wishes, and will gladly accept same if
nominated!

I propose we incorporate in Oregon, USA. I'll handle the paperwork if
asked, and will even donate the filing fees ($35 US if I remember
correctly!).

| candidates
| enough. But I must say that if we do not vote for a panel now, I think
| there is something broken in this group after so many demands (or the
| demands did not represented whatthe Members wanted?). I keep
