Bruce, Eric and all,

  Bruce, let me be perfectly candid with you and share that cadidness
with everyone.  You seem to be very limited on time of cannot
manage your time in such a way as to be dedicated enough for
a Panel member.  You have great ideas, a good nature, but the
level of dedication this fledgling organization needs, I don't believe
you have as you comments indicate below.  This is what Eric I
believe is trying to say to you in his remarks, without being blunt
and to the point.
