Dear Judyth and Jan,
Vittorio says he will send you the Members list. I suppose the procedure 
and the password of the site will not be included: it will permit to make 
us to waste an other week, so we cannot organize before Rio.

You recall that Joanna quitted by fear of an ICANN action. Here we probably 
face an organized ICANN trap. The trap is that only Panel members and site 
web masters are legally authorized by the Members to access and use their 
private information. The proposition sends you to courts, should a spam 
occurs using the list. Or at least to make you supposedly responsible for 
endless diatribes.

Vittorio expects you to refuse, and claim he got no support wasting another 
week in order to find the best solution. We will lose a few Members, may be 
Bruce and me would get bored, so we drop icannatlarge.org support. Esther 
said about us on the GA that she waited to see what we could do ...

So, on behalf of the remaining Panelists, as I am sure that Bruce, I cannot 
reach now, will support this,

- I beg you to get and secure that list even if you are not entitled 
legally nor democratically to do it.

- you will have our full support should others use that list for spamming.

- you have our full trust to act as list manager trustees from then on. 
However, we ask you not to take any initiative which would make you 
responsible. The vote system that the Panel has devised will permit the 
ballot sending trustees to know about the members, receiving trustees to 
know about the votes, but no one to know who voted what.

Let understand that all of this is most probably only standard 
police/political provocation procedure. The next steps will include a 
destabilization of the elected panel saying that you influenced the 
elections because you wanted to be trustees and you wrote this or that. 
Look at the way Joop was attacked, no one wants you to suffer that.

I am ready to confirm all this by writing and send you a fax. I also ask to 
some who want on this list to be ready to testify that neither Judyth nor 
Jan asked for that list and that they only accepted because a legally 
entitled elected person asked them to do so in the best common interest.

May be you may also want to join me in asking and thanking them to get and 
secure the list, before Vittorio changes his mind again.

No need to say how sad and dismayed I am of all that.
