The correct option was not listed.

- to share the list with all the Panelists acting as a Panelist,
  and to act as a watchdog with those not being a candidate.

- to share the list with Joop provided he commits not to
  interfere with the Panel election, permits the use of his
  booth, accepts fiver trustees, including at least two
  professional developers, and is not a candidate.

- to accept professional advice on this list on the way to
  correctly run the elections.
