I concur. No watchdogs were ever officially appointed. I don't have it
either.

Vittorio, since it's been two weeks and no vote, I would ask that you please
pass the membership list to Jefsey and myself, so we can effect an election.

But please don't delay: I'm going out of town on March 22nd and will be out
of touch until March 29th.
