I presume that I am one of *they* who will decide.

What am I deciding?

Where am I deciding it?

Why is nothing posted about it on the www.icannatlarge.org website?

Why have I not received a ballot by email?

You tell me that I will make this decision by March 28th... How will I do
that?

I am leaving in an hour to make my way to the ICANN conference in Rio and
will return on March 31st.  How do I participate in this important event
that you tell me will enable *us* to discover by, March 28th, what kind of
structure *our* members want?

I suspect that I am not the only "member" who would like answers to these
questions.
