I presume that I am one of *they* who will decide.

You are. You are on the list that should have received the Polling message.

What am I deciding?
A lot of questions about structure and rules that you may or may not want.

The Polling message that you should have received has been published here and on the www.icannatlarge.com website.

Where am I deciding it?
In www.pollingbooth.info

Why is nothing posted about it on the www.icannatlarge.org website?
Please ask the webmaster of that site. He has not updated the site since December.

I have posted all information about the Poll as best as I could on www.icannatlarge.com/voting.htm . Follow the links.

Why have I not received a ballot by email?
You should have received it. Please check your filters.
If you have not received it , something serious must have gone wrong and if there are many more such complaints from people who find themselves on the list published at www.icannatlarge.com/pollingbooth1.htm , the watchers will have to declare the Poll invalid.

Anyone on this ML, please complain to webmaster@icannatlarge.com (the watchers receive copy of that), if you have not received the Polling Notice and you think you should have.

You tell me that I will make this decision by March 28th... How will I do
that?
I have just re-sent you the Polling Notice. You still have plenty of time.

I am leaving in an hour to make my way to the ICANN conference in Rio and
will return on March 31st. How do I participate in this important event
that you tell me will enable *us* to discover by, March 28th, what kind of
structure *our* members want?
If you can access your email, you have plenty of opportunity to access the Polling Booth while in Rio.

I suspect that I am not the only "member" who would like answers to these
questions.
I hope not, but I accept responsibility for any failings that are mine and mine alone.
