this is very, very clear. it's also very clear that this constitu-
ency is being driven toward complete dysfunction by a handful of
crickets^W i mean critics who are much more interested in the sound
of their own chirp^W i mean voices than in instituting the values
they claim to espouse. to anyone who's helped build a 'community,'
this phenomenon is painfully familiar.
