  What silliness!  Voting is a responsibility, and a measure to
determine
whom, what, and how an organization, entity, club, or government is
to be directed or governed by and through...

  ICANN will either understand this clearly, and without reservation,
or it's continuing failing shall rot into a putrid mass of historic
refuse.
