For sure on the panel are Jefsey and Bruce, you were called and said
yes, that was the last heard.

You do not need 11 members just to organize elections, which is the only
task left.

The 3 of you should suffice

Oh and pls confirm to Judyth and Jan you want you, Jefsey and Bruce to
have the maillist. :)
