As well-structured as your Forum is, it demands of the user a commitment of
time, not to mention the latest Web browsing software (I can't access it from
my home on my somewhat elderly Pentium w/Windows), before he is able to enter
his first post there. Meaning no offense, but for whatever reason, most
persons who use this mailing list have not also availed themselves of the
Forum. Not to mention the hundreds of others, a majority really, who
have counted themselves as members, but haven't chosen to post in either
venue.

ALL READING THIS PLEASE NOTE:
An oversight on my part. I always *mean* to reply on the list to ICANN
topics, whether encountered on the list or mailed directly to me. Unless the
sender specifically asks me not to do so.
