Sotiris and all fellow members,

  You should be commended for you efforts thus far here Sotiris in this
endeavor.  However I think you are mistaken in that other voting mechanisms
have yet to be built.  Many are in effect and have been for a number of
years and have been noted on this very forum.  Here are a few:

http://www.vote.com/ - Which offers election services using their system.
INEGroups Voting system - In use for 3+ years now

  Currently there doesn't seem to be anyone to build the voting system
you propose, amongst our members.  Hence building such is the really
difficult part.
