Yes the system is flawed and engineers can nitpick at it until hell freezes 
over (or until I land there).
An example is esuperlotto.com - no I have not perfected it but it has been 
running well for a year.
dotMX and dotVN are other examples.  If they waited until it was perfect 
millions would be denied access.
Progress is not made out of predetermined perfection.
