Only the watchdogs can see Nominations that are intended to be PUBLIC?
Then they pass them on to you (all of the nominations, hopefully) and then 
YOU publish the nominations so that they can be seconded?

Why not tell the members to post their nominations directly to the web (in 
the Forum, that exists for such a purpose) where they can be seen 
immediately and by all?

Are you trying to keep the nomination process under your and Jefsey's control?

This is far less transparent than direct posting by the members.

WHO ARE the watchers with the power to censor Nominations?

Whoever they are, I do not at all agree to have such a needless filter  in 
the nomination procedure.

Directly public Nominations are possible here on this list.
They must also be possible for those members who are not on this list.
