Jefsey and all fellow members,

  You know very well that the members voted in Joops poll that
the Panel was to be disbanded.  There is no Panel or "Active
Panel" currently.  Why continue to pass off inaccurate information
as though it was true.  That sort of thing Jefsey is illegitimate
at a minimum.
