I am organizing an International association planning to become an ITU 
Member and to propose a Constituency MoU to ICANN, to unite, commonly 
represent and develop the activties/economy of  the community and 
specialized SLD Managers (offering an SLD registry service).

Anyone engaged in that type of service or business, please contact me. When 
you are talking of inter-nets, the SLD Managers are the true nets' 
trustees. The first technical and political impacts are of interest, 
because there is NOI posisble ICANN limitation at second level.
