If this is intended as some kind of barb towards myself, let me just say
that I am not advocating the violation of anyone's civil liberties or
privacy. What I am advocating is civic responsibility and identity
verification. Members have a responsibility to deal with one another on
an equal footing. Identity verification, aside from legitimizing our
group, has the added advantage of <keeping everyone honest>. I'm sure
you'll agree with me that honesty is the best policy when it comes to
personal identity issues... or would you prefer fraud?

Seems that even and especially in Canada civil liberties especially
privacy is quite important. One can only wonder why a few of
our ICANNATLARGE.ORG members are seemingly out of step with their
fellow Canadians?
