[atlarge-discuss] A tainted election

Dear Election Overseers:

In an earlier message to the list, Joop provided the names of over 40 members 
nominated "For an 11 member do-all Panel".  A great many of these names (that 
apparently received multiple "ticks") do not appear on the list of candidates 
posted at icannatlarge.org/voting.htm

Those missing from the roster include:

One gets the impression that one cannot be a candidate unless one is 
personally chosen by Mr. Polling Committee, Jefsey Morfin.  

Why aren't these other candidates on the roster for consideration?

Were nomination acknowledgements even sent to these candidates?
