Considering that we do not have a real elected authority that the 
membership has chosen and trusted to run their elections and Polls.

Considering that Jefsey Morfin, Bruce Young and Eric Dierker, after having 
been given the members list by Judyth Mermelstein, have been granted more 
or less tacit approval of this list to run a Panel election without any 
specifics about its  mandate,

Considering that this ad hoc "Polling Committee" has chosen to give the 
Panel the title Executive Panel and a 12 months mandate,

Considering that several members of this list now with good grounds have 
lost confidence in the way this election is prepared and approached and 
fear that the results of such an election will not be valid or strongly 
contested,

I motion again the members of this list to return the following straw Poll:


[ ] we should go ahead with the election underway and let Jefsey do as he 
thinks right and grant him the authority to do it.

[ ] we should abort and reboot with a short-mandate bootstrap Panel

[X] other--Jefsey, Eric, AND Bruce need to share authority and, by consensus, derive an honest election
