Dear at-large,

Although  I received a message notifying me of my nomination, I cannot find
my name in the icannatlarge.org site. (it should be/have been among those
not yet responded).
I am afraid I am compelled to decline my nomination at this stage.

I would, however, together with the silent majority of at-large, be willing
to work for the democratisation of the Internet and our organisation.
