It is indeed interesting to learn that Louis Napotouton is leaving. This 
would have been great news. But I am afraid the days ahead could be worse 
than expected. Louis will be replaced in his position of Legal Council 
(what ICANN will need in Courts), but also by a "Vice President of Business 
Operations" ....  I wandered what ICANN was about: serving the community, 
or trying to run a monopoly business.

Now we know. I will be interested to see who will be in charge of the IANA. 
The legal council or the BO  VP? After all the IANA functions have been 
sold to ICANN for "less than $10.000". This big investment desserves some 
ROI. Will WiPeeBO have as a mission to buy back Verisign from SAIC to 
foster compefition?
