[atlarge-discuss] POLLING COMMITTEE: vote preparation

The site has been updated.
The watchdogs have been added to the execlub list.
The watchdogs have been sent the list of all the voting IDs
The polling committee has been sent the list of the voting IDs and e-mails.
The watchdog file has been zipped under password.
The password and the file has been sent to the wtachdogs (I have been 
warned about the possibilty to break the password). The password the file 
as zipped will be sent to the list at the end of the vote under the control 
of the watchdogs, the password will then be released.
The editing of the questions has not been returned yet by those who 
volunteered: once it is received the ballots will start being sent.
